I am a clinical health psychologist with expertise in working with those coping with medical problems, as well as those facing other difficulties including adjusting to a new life phase or stressor, or working through longer-term challenges. I work with individuals struggling with general mental health concerns, such as depression and anxiety, and with those seeking support in managing the emotional impact of illness, including cancer and other medical problems. Other areas of expertise include women's health, work-related stress, and parental mental health.


A key tenet of my approach is that there is no right or wrong way to face life’s challenges. What is important is that you have the tools and support you need to find your footing during difficult times. For some, this entails bolstering the strengths that have gotten you through past struggles. Others benefit from learning new coping strategies to manage sadness, worry, stress, and loneliness.


My goal is to provide a space of comfort, connection, and warmth during challenging times. Using evidence-based techniques coupled with empathy and honesty, I will partner with you in working through this challenge and making sense of what you’re feeling and experiencing. I take a highly individualized approach to care, tailoring my services to your unique needs and preferences.
